This sound effect gradually speeds up the heartbeat, adding to the tense mood and demonstrating how the protagonists' dread grows.   Another sound effect that we are going to use in our film is a creaking door. We will record the sound our self by using an old wooden door this should work for our film as it will be a real sound of a creaking door. If that happens we will use the house door which has a smaller space around the house and a lot of people going in and out from the next door which could interfere with filming but it is more logistically achievable.
